This is a our initial release of the formal version. One of the good
parts of working with an electronic publication is the ease in changing
formats to match the users needs. As the past year has gone by we have
expereminted with some things which looked to be very useful but after
working with them turned out to be unnecessary. And so... here we are
with a new format. And I am certain that as we continue to evolve
there will be more changes.
